Like a bolt from the blue, OI is a wine that overwhelms you with its freshness and vibrancy. Made from Grillo grapes grown organically, this wine boasts a bright straw yellow color that anticipates an explosion of aromas. On the nose, a riot of orange blossom intoxicates the senses, while on the palate mineral notes blend with fresh fruit, tropical fruit and hints of aromatic herbs. A perfect balance of freshness and structure, with a persistent mineral streak and a savory finish that captivates.
